A container. Two, actually. Bolgheri Green was born from those, from two containers purchased at the port of Livorno and placed on the last patch of land, the one overlooking Via Bolgherese, the famous “Strada del Vino”.
On this winding road, historic companies that gave birth to the DOC Bolgheri alternate with new realities that link tradition and innovation, testifying to the rebirth of this wine region for many years “crushed” by the great names of Tuscan wine, from Chianti to Brunello di Montalcino.
A break with the past and with tradition, to give life to something new, still linked to Bolgheri, to the land and to our company where it all started: Podere Arduino.
For those who run after time, for the traveler in search of an oasis, for those looking for good without obligation, our Bistrot offers express vegetarian dishes to be enjoyed in a timeless place.

Our aperitif Tagliere awaits you, the undisputed protagonists as always will be the products of our farm.
All our cocktails are composed of spirits produced in Tuscany, all of agricultural and artisan origin. To these we always combine syrups and extracts produced by us starting from botanicals, plants and flowers that we grow on the farm or that grow spontaneously in our woods.

Not only fresh vegetables harvested in the morning, but also preserves, jams, legumes, pasta made with our wheat and finally our three beloved monocultivar organic oils: L’Ardito, Il Nilo, il Sincero.

The vegetable garden in the jar, as we call it, is our way of always being with you, even on your tables.
Every year we reserve a part of our harvest for transformation into gardener, preserves, sauces, creams, jams, and also for the preservation of legumes and vegetables in their natural state.
All the products, in addition to being an integral part of our kitchen, can also be found on the shelves of our shop, made in symbiosis with the harvest and with the fruits that the farm gives us.
Extra Jam of: Peach; Apricot; Plums; Spicy Melon; Strawberries and Mint; Orange, Apple and Pink Pepper; Pears and Chocolate; Spicy Pepper and Green Tomatoes.
Creams: Babaganoush, Tahini, Peanut Butter, Hazelnuts and Chocolate.
